!Roof terraces with a bar: the project's headline feature, but per the developer's plans the villas come in variants with and without a roof garden. The package of a specific villa I fix in writing before reserving

✓Two villa types per the plans: detached and semi-detached, each with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The type of a specific plot I confirm during selection

!The price list arrived on 06.07.2026: all 14 villas are sold or reserved, none free. Reservations do fall through sometimes; I will message you first.

✓A serious package already per the brochure: concealed air conditioning, 5 kW panels, an alarm, provision for EV charging

!Kitchen appliances are not in the price: the specification says appliances not included in plain words. I budget them into the deal from the start

✓The beach 7 km away, a restaurant 300 metres, a supermarket within a kilometre: a family village on the heights, not the resort strip. I say so upfront

Checked against the developer's brochure, specification and price list dated 06.07.2026. It shows no free villas: availability and reservation releases I check manually for each request.
