Who is responsible for your data
The site and the @GenaCY_bot bot are run by me, Gena: a lawyer and an agent of the developer Domenica Group (Paphos, Cyprus). The data serves one purpose: to answer your question and to take it through to a deal, if the property suits you.
Only I and the site's technical administrator have access to the storage. Formal data requests go the same way as ordinary ones: via Telegram, see the contact in the "Your rights" section below.
What I collect
- if you write to the bot: your name and Telegram handle, your numeric id and the text of the conversation;
- if you leave an enquiry on the site or in the bot: your name, a contact for the reply and your question;
- the page the enquiry was sent from, so I know which property you mean.
- I do not store your IP address. It lives for a few minutes in the server's memory to keep spam bots out, and never reaches the disk.
Who receives it
The site and the bot run on a server in Amsterdam, inside the European Union. There are no ad networks or data brokers here, and I am not going to sell your contact details. But there are four recipients, and it is more honest to name them:
- Telegram: an enquiry reaches me as a personal message, so a copy of it stays in my Telegram. That is Telegram's service rather than my server, and my retention period does not reach it;
- OpenRouter and the Grok language model (xAI, USA): the text of your messages to the bot goes there, otherwise the bot cannot answer you. So do not send the bot anything you are not ready to pass outside: passport numbers, banking details;
- Domenica Group: once I take your enquiry into work, your contact goes to the developer. Neither a viewing nor a reservation can be arranged without it;
- Yandex: the site runs a Yandex.Metrica visitor counter, which receives anonymised visit statistics: pages opened, clicks, device, city. Your name, contact and the text of your enquiry do not go there: the form fields are excluded from recording.
How long I keep it
- conversations with the bot: 90 days, after which the server deletes them on its own, without my involvement;
- enquiries: 3 years. This is a business record: it shows who introduced whom, and it is needed if a deal is ever disputed;
- if the bot treated a message as spam, that record lives by the same period and is deleted the same way.
Your rights
- delete your conversation and your bot profile right now: the /forget command. It works without me, immediately and with no reasons asked;
- see what the bot keeps about you: the /data command;
- get a copy of your data, correct it or delete an enquiry: I do this by hand.
For enquiries and any question about your data, message me on Telegram: I will reply and confirm it in writing.
Cookies and analytics
There are no advertising cookies on the site. Since 17 July 2026 the site runs the Yandex.Metrica visitor counter: it sets its own cookies and records on-page actions (clicks, scrolling) so I can see which sections people read and where the site is inconvenient. The enquiry form fields are excluded from that recording. If you use an ad blocker, it will switch the counter off, and the site will keep working.
