!The price list arrived on 06.07.2026: all 18 apartments are sold or reserved, none free. Reservations do fall through sometimes; I will message you first.

!Earlier the developer's folder had no Capella price list. Now it exists, and per it no free units remain.

✓The mix per the brochure: 4 studios, 8 one-bedroom apartments and 6 two-bedroom, in two two-storey blocks

✓The standard Domenica specification: a kitchen with a Technogranite worktop, floors of your choice: ceramics at €25/m² or laminate parquet

!Air conditioning in the specification comes as provision, not installed units, and kitchen appliances are not included. I fix the package with the developer in writing before reserving
