✓The developer's official short-term rental calculation: €220 per night, occupancy from 65% in year one to 77% by year five, projected profit from €31,056 a year. This is the seller's forecast, not a guarantee: I check it against real Paphos statistics

!In the rental calculation the developer writes 'handover 18 months from signing', while the price list says Q2 2028: the dates do not match. I request the current construction schedule in writing
