Prices from the developer's price list dated 06.07.2026. VAT rules changed on 16 June 2026: the calculation for your deal is done before the deposit.
VAT on the options is added on top: the price list gives them without tax. For villa 2 the roof garden is listed in the parameters without an 'included' mark: I check it as a separate line in the contract so the option does not arrive twice in the estimate.
