✓The beach 1 km away, a restaurant 300 metres, a supermarket 1 km, a school 2 km. The developer positions lower Chloraka squarely for both living and short-term rentals

!The 'included in the price' section of the price list is written for the villas only. The apartment package (air conditioning, intercom, appliances) I fix with the developer in writing before reserving

!Apartment handover is Q3 2028. There is no payment schedule in the developer's documents: the payment terms and the first instalment I fix in writing before the deal
