The developer's price list dated 02.07.2026: all four villas are reserved, none free at that date. Prices of reserved units are not published. If a unit frees up, I will calculate the total with VAT for your deal before the deposit.
The only option in the price list, with VAT added on top. At the same time the roof garden appears in the brochure as a feature of the house: what is in the base price I fix with the developer in writing.
